Terms of Use

By installing, opening or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is also licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement; where these terms and Apple’s EULA conflict, the stricter of the two applies to the licence itself.

1. What the App is

CraftZone is an unofficial browser and installer for community-made addons, maps and skins compatible with Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. It is not created, endorsed, sponsored or supported by Mojang AB or Microsoft, and Minecraft is their trademark. You need your own copy of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition to use anything you download.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App, scrape or republish the catalogue, or use the App to distribute malicious or infringing files.

3. Age

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for any purchases made on the device.

4. Third-party content

Addons, maps and skins in the catalogue are created by third parties and remain the property of their authors. We do not claim ownership of them, and we cannot guarantee that any particular item works with your version of Minecraft. Back up your worlds before installing community content. If you believe an item infringes your rights, email us at craftzone.help@gmail.com with the item name and the basis for your claim and we will review it promptly.

5. CraftZone Pro subscriptions

The App is free to download and includes free content. CraftZone Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that lifts the download limit and unlocks the full library. The current plans are:

• Weekly — $3.99 per week, after a 3-day free trial.
• Monthly — $9.99 per month, after a 3-day free trial.
• Annual — $59.99 per year, after a 3-day free trial.

• Prices are in US dollars and vary by region. The price shown in the App Store at the moment of purchase is the one that applies.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Free trials are limited to one per Apple Account and subscription group.
• You can manage and cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• If the price changes, Apple notifies you and asks for your consent before the new price takes effect.

6. Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy and your statutory consumer rights — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly, but if something in the App went wrong, email us and we will help.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove content and features, and we may suspend access to the catalogue for maintenance. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the App, and continuing to use it afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The App and the catalogue are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost worlds, corrupted saves, indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access if the App is used in breach of these terms, for example to abuse the download endpoints.

10. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, and intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
